Casa Botania

Casa Botania is a fine small family hotel in the beautiful highland countryside about half between the Wilson Botanical Garden/Las Cruces Biological Station and the town of San Vito de Coto Brus. The beautiful and peaceful place run by a young Tico-Belgian couple, is perched on a mountainside in the Linda Vista neighborhood and enjoys a splendid and spacious view of the valley and the forest of the Las Cruces Reserve. The rooms are cozy with comfortable, modern interior designs that emphasize natural materials. A complimentary breakfast is served in a buffet-style on a unique Gaudi-inspired romantic deck from where you can also bird watch or just enjoy the spectacular views.Casa Botania also offers dinner for their guests. It is a three-course vegetarian menu of the day with a delicious mix of Belgian, Tico and worldy flavors. All ingredients are fresh with most vegetables from their own organic green house.
