This beach hotel is situated in Al Kawthar, which is the new tourist area of Hurghada, where guests will find a number of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, nightlife and links to the public transport network. The apartments are just behind the bowling centre and Sindbad Aqua Park, and are just 2 minutes' walk from the new promenade area. The sea is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment hotel and the beach in Old Vic Village is approximately 2 km away. The airport is just 10 minutes away. This brand new 3-storey apartment complex opened in May 2009 and offers 200 rooms in total. It was built in a countryside-style, with apartments surrounding the pool area and the well kept gardens. Facilities available to guests in the air-conditioned hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, lift access and WLAN Internet access. The complex has a 24-hour security service. All apartments are modern and spacious and feature 1 double room (1-bed apartments) and rooms with 1 double and 1 twin bed (2-bed apartments) as well as a living/dining room with satellite TV and fully equipped kitchens with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment also has an en suite bathroom with shower, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and a balcony overlooking the pools. The complex features 2 large swimming pools, with a children's swimming area and a sun terrace, where sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided for a fee on the nearby sandy beach. From the airport, ask the taxi to take you to the Sinbad bowling centre behind Sinbad Aqua park, carry on past the bowling centre, and past a complex called Desert Pearl ( pink coloured complex) after Desert Pearl take the first road on the right and The Resort - also known as The British Resort is on your right.
