B&B Villa Monterosa con Piscina

Our Bed & Breakfast, in a nice and modern villa, without stairs, basements or attics has three big and confortable rooms with private bathroom, parking spaces inside the villa, sat TV, free wi-fi connection and a private entrance for each room. It is located on a hill in a nice and quiet part of town without being far away from the train station or the motorway and has a wonderful view over Monte Rosa.Our B&B is highly recommended for people who doesn't want to miss their flights in Malpensa Airport in case of fog or traffic jam because is close to the airport. We offer a shuttle service both from/to Castronno train station (which is free) and from/to Malpensa Airport (which is very cheap if compared to the "official" taxis).The train line Castronno-Milano offers you a stop at the new Rho fair. We can give you a lift to the Castronno train station and after 35 minutes you will get off directly in the fair avoiding stress from traffic jam on the motorway or the costs of fuel and parking at the fair. You will have the same practical and confortable treatment during your return trip.Eating out in Castronno is possible in some little restaurants and take away pizzerias with home delivery. In a town nearby, Gornate Olona, you will find one of the best agriturismo of the area: Cascina Martina. Varese is just a few minutes away by car or train. In town you can visit the Estensi Gardens and the historical centre where you can go shopping either in luxurious boutiques or shopping malls like Coin, Standa, le Corti, Upim, Esselunga etc. In the surroundings you can visit the wonderful Varese lake and the Sacro Monte (Unesco World Heritage) both reachable with bus or funicular. We are located at 20 minutes from Switzerland. Mendrisio and its famous shopping mall named Foxtown is just 20 minutes from Villa Monterosa. In this shopping mall you will find clothes, shoes, bags and various items from the best italian and international brands at discount prices. Not far from Mendrisio you can find Campione D'Italia and its big Casino, Melide and SwissMiniatur, Lugano and its lake and Bellinzona known as the town of castles and wind. The cost of petrol is much lower than in Italy so you can save from 20 to 40 euros according to your tank volume.The most beautiful spots of the Lake Maggiore and the lake Como are just 30 minutes away from Villa Monterosa. You can have a tour in Angera, Arona, Pallanza, Isola Bella, and Mottarone funicular on the lake Maggiore or going North to visit Ascona, Locarno and Santa Caterina del Sasso. If you prefer Lake Como you can visit: Como, Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna, Lecco and maybe George Clooney's Villa Oleandra in Laglio. The entire area is particularly interesting for working trips as it is very close to Malpensa airport and the Fairs of Rho, Varese, Gallarate, Castellanza, Legnano and Malpensafiere in Busto Arsizio. Sports facilities are present and well developed in the area. There are swimming pools, tennis and golf courts as well as a wonderful bicycle path which encircles Varese lake. There are many lakes more like: Monate, Comabbio, Ganna and Ghirla and beautiful views over the Alps. If you need to visit someone at the Ospedale di Varese - Fond.
